MORE UNION STATION. LOOK UP FROM OUR TABLE AND SEE THE CHANDELIER.

LOOK AHEAD AND SEE THE CHANDELIERS IN THE MIRROR WITH THE UNENDING EDGES.

LOOK DOWN AND SEE THE CUTE SALT AND PEPPERS ON THE TABLE.

LOOK I GOT OUR TABLE WITHOUT ANY OF THE PEOPLE. THERE WAS A FIRE IN THE FIREPLACE AND KITTY SAT ON THE END AWAY FROM THE FLAMES.

LOOK AT ONE OF THE PRETTY WINDOWS WE GOT TO SIT BENEATH.

LOOK AT THE OTHER PRETTY WINDOW.

LOOK THIS MEETING ROOM ACROSS FROM OUR RESTAURANT WITH A FIREPLACE WITHOUT A FIRE. SAME BEAUTIFUL STAIN GLASS WINDOWS AS OURS.

LOOK THE WAITING AREA AND IT IS THE SAME AS THE ONE BEFORE ON THE OTHER POST. KNOXIE IS SPEAKING WITH MZ FIRE.

LOOK THE FRONT DINING ROOM. THE WINDOWS LOOK OUT UPON THE BUSY STREET.

LOOK THIS SIDE OF THE ROOM IS A MIRROR TO THE OTHER SIDE.

LOOK UP TO SEE THE TOPS OF THE COLUMNS AND THE ORNATE WORK.

LOOK UP AT THE BEAUTIFUL ORNATE TOPS OF THE ROUND COLUMNS.

LOOK , A CLOSER VIEW OF THE SCONCE ON THE WALL.

LOOK AT THE BOTTOM OF THE STAIRCASE. WONDER HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE TOUCHED THAT RAIL AND POST.

LOOK AT THE TOP OF THE STAIRCASE AND AGAIN WONDER HOW MANY HAVE WATCHED THEIR LOVED ONES COME DOWN TO THEM.

LOOK AT THE STAIRCASE AND THE ROOM WHERE FOR DECADES PEOPLE HAVE MET ONE ANOTHER. DECORATION HAVE CHANGED BUT THE BUILDING HAS STAYED THE SAME.

Lady Di,

I enjoyed looking at the photos of Union Station. What opulence! It looks like I now have to add another place to my never ending list of places I’d like to visit.

Before I forget a very happy upcoming anniversary on the 7th. I wish you many, many more years of happiness.

As always thanks for the nice things you have written in my blog!

Glad you enjoyed the pictures. I felt like a tourist taking them.
Peace

Marcel,
Once I get the log cabin next door set back up for company, after nephew lived there, you are welcome to come stay at the cabin, much smaller than yours and visit our fair city.

I am thankful that the new owners have taken such good care of one of Nashville treasures, the Union Station.
I am off the locate a place to have the Art Venture Luncheon as I am one of the hostess in January. The old jail in Franklin has been converted to an eatery by Monells and that is where I am meeting JoJo.
Peace to all

Hi again Di ~~ Hope you are finally catching up ~ it's not easy is it? Glad you saw the fejoa this time.
Sounds like you will have extra dogs visiting over Christmas. I hope they all get on well and that the cat can find a safeplace to look them over. Take care, my friend, Love, Merle.
