PART II OF MY GRAND JURY ADVENTURE IN PICTURES LOOKING BACK AT THE JOHN BIRCH BUILDING WHILE STANDING IN FRONT OF THE POLICE STATION.
MONUMENT TO OUR FALLEN POLICEMEN WHICH IS IN FRONT OF THE POLICE STATION.

THE COURT HOUSE AS I STOOD TO THE LEFT SIDE OF THE MONUMENT.

GO AROUND THE RIGHT OF THE COURT HOUSE AND LOOK UP AND YOU SEE THE FOUNTAIN. YOU GO UP AND ENJOY THE SPLATTER OF WATER AND THE SILENCE OF JUSTICE.

LOOKING DOWN THE PLAZA YOU CAN SEE ANOTHER TWIN FOUNTAIN OF THE FIRST ONE YOU DISCOVER. THE CUMBERLAND RIVER IS ON THE OTHER SIDE.

WE ARE LOOKING FROM LEFT TO RIGHT AND YOU CAN SEE THE STADIUM IN THE BACKGROUND. THIS AREA WAS A PARKING LOT THE LAST TIME I WAS HERE.

ANOTHER FOUNTAIN AND THIS IS MUCH NICER THAN A PARKING LOT.

MOVING FURTHER TO THE RIGHT YOU CAN SEE THE "BULLET" SHAPE SKYSCRAPER INBETWEEN THE BUILDINGS.

A LITTLE FURTHER OVER BEFORE YOU GO DOWN THE STEPS.

THIS WAS DOWN THE STEPS AND SHOWED THE PRETTY FALL TREES. HOPE YOU CAN SEE IT AS ALL I SEE IS A RED X.

AT THE CORNER AND THE CROSS WALK OVER TO THE GARAGE AND THE MEAN ATTENDANT. SORRY, SHE WAS ONLY DOING HER JOB.

AGAIN THE FOUNTAIN AND CAN'T YOU JUST SEE HOW IT WOULD BE SPECTACULAR AT NIGHT WITH THE LIGHTS SHINING UPON THE WATER.

Got home on Tuesday just in time to take Mimi to the doctor. I had called his nurse and told her about two episodes in the last month and he wanted to check her out. Of course, she said she was fine and did not need to go.

Dr. H said I was to continue checking her blood pressure and if she had another episode, we needed to discontinue the night time blood pressure meds. After that if she had another, she would have to wear a heart monitor for awhile. As for the second episode, he congratulated me on knowing what to do and he gave me the name and number of a vein specialist.

It late afternoon by the time we got home so I marked it on the chauk board of my mind to call the specialist TOMORROW. Ah, Mz Scarlett.

I called the specialist on Wednesday morning and spoke to the nurse as per instructed and gave the speech Dr. H said to say and they wanted to see her today at 1:10. I mentaly did quick math and knew she should be through with the hair dresser by then so I accepted the time.

While Mimi was getting her hair done, I took the opportunty to go to Bed Bath and Beyond to pick up some new towels for her. Also, I went to the bank for her and then I did something for me. I checked out the 75 per cent sale at Dillards, an anchor store that is closing in our mall. I found some shoes and it reminded me of days gone by. I like so many women love shoes and have this thing that I cannot buy just one pair of shoes. So I got three pair for less than what I would pay for one pair. I was HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY.

I picked Mimi up and we set out to locate the doctors office. We found it with an hour to spare, so we headed over to a little resturant called "The Picnic" and had a bite of lunch.

We were so lucky that when we got back to the doctor office we got the position on the pole. For those who are not race car enthusist that is the first position. While we were there it came a gulley washer and it also hailed some. The weather had made the traffic lights go out so we kept turning right until we could head home.

She has to wear these hose which she opted for the knee highs for three months and then we go back to see him. Then if surgery is necessary, it will be scheduled at that time. The Dr. suggested we fold a quilt and put it under her feet as she sleeps at night.

This morning was the first time to put on the hose. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I felt as if I had been running up hill for days but I finally got them on her. I called the nurse and wanted to know the secret and then I wanted to ask why the heck did you not tell me this yesterday.

The Kitty Justice is life throws you a curve ball and sometimes it is in the form of HOSE.

Yeah that area use to be so ugly and they have made it something for Nashville to be proud about. When I venture downtown now I have to remind myself that I am in Nashville not some other town.
Peace

How fun to see pictures of a town I've never visited. It's really bustling.
