PRINCE TOOK THIS PICTURE FROM THE WOODS ABOVE THE POND.
A CLOSER VIEW OF THE POND.

PRINCE MET OLE MAN WINTER IN THE WOODS. HE TOLD PRINCE "THIS IS THE LAST TIME I SHOW MY FACE THIS WINTER. "

CAN YOU NAME THE ANIMAL ON THE TREE?

A CLOSER LOOK AT THE ANIMAL.

THIS IS WHAT YOU DO ON A SNOWING AFTERNOON. PAINT THE KITCHEN.
YES, THIS IS ONE OF KITTY'S PAINTING AND I GAVE IT TO PRINCE WHEN HE TURNED 50.
Prince took lots of photo that I will share a few with you but I am still working on them to put them in a folder. He took several of the same subject so I have had to go through and pick out the best ones. He has a great eye for taking pictures and would make a good photo man for the various medias.
In the second picture, you can see how much the pond has began to fill up with water. The drought last summer made it a little puddle. We are thankful for all the rain and snow to help fill it back up to almost the normal level. You can see it is still several feet from the top of the dam. Every year except last year it would fill completely up and a little stream would trickle down the gully.
I think Old Man Winter is a hoot and had to put him here first. I wonder if he conferred with Mr. Ground hog who lives under the white barn?
Now for the other animal. I think it is a Snow Squirrel running to beat the sun. Now use your imagination and tell me what it looks like.
The Kitty Justice is when you do not use your imagination, you loose it.

Beautiful Photos, as usual. I hope Prince told the truth, that old man winter is finally done! I love your imagination! At first I had to really look to make sure there wasn't a real animal there.(I know how it is in the woods) I thought it looked like a prancing billy goat! hmmm...I wonder do billy goats prance? In my mind they do when they are happy! Have a great day Dianne.

Glad you like the photos. I think Old Man Winter told the truth as it was 60 here today and maybe 70 tomorrow. Great imagination, not just any billy goat but a prancing one. Peace
