I HAVE NOT SHARED IN AWHILE AND I CREATED THESE NEW STUFFED PITAS.

ASPARAGUS PITAS

1 eight oz cream cheese softened

2Tbsp of mayonnaise

1/2 cup of feta cheese

1 can of asparagus drained

1 Tsp. of Greek Seasoning

1/2 Tsp lemon pepper

1/2 Tsp smoked paprika

Combine the first two ingredients and stir until smooth and mixed well. Cut up into small pieces the drained asparagus and add to the cream cheese mixture. Stir in the last three ingredients and after these have been mixed well then stir in the feta cheese. Let is sit overnight in the frig so the seasoning will be well blended. Spread mixture into pocket pitas and serve with a light salad.

Great meal.

The kitty justice is that Mimi pronounced my asparagus filling a keeper. Now go fix you a real kitty justice meal.

Lady Di,

The aspargus filling sounds delicious. Thanks for the recipe.

I did a bit of catching up. I enjoyed the photos of your hill and also hearing about your Nascar experience.

Sorry I haven't visited in a while. Hubby has had to have lots of tests, lab work, x-rays etc. The boys came on the weekend and we did some yard work and put up some Halloween decorations in the yard. It's been hectic.

Wishing you a great week.
Blessings,
Mary

Hey I am glad yawl think it sounds good. You can add different spices according to your taste or not use as much. As filling snack are some olive oil rosemary triscuits with this sitting on top.
My creative side goes to the kitchen sometimes.
