My little pink dogwood tree in the front yard is in full bloom. However, the one out back only has one bloom this year.

Confederate violets are blooming and are wild flowers here. The lilac bush was planted at the lake by my Mother however it never did well up there, so after she died, I moved it to the front yard of our home . It smells heavenly and she watches over it and me. Friday would have been her birthday. I picked a bunch and put it on the kitchen table to enjoy.

A couple more photos of the Tunnel of Purple.

This is an old school house that is on the back way home. I often wonder if it had a name and how many children came in and out of the doors.
The kitty justice is make a note to find out about the school and have a wonderful weekend.

Thanks. The header is one of the many sunrises I am fortunate to view. It was a glorious evening and you just did not know which way to look. Peace

You need to put a photo of the school house on your blog for us to see. I am sure you will catch up with us soon. Peace
Beautiful--just beautiful. I think I need to get a small Pink Dogwood for my new area.
