Here is the little four and half inch by six inch book that I have been quoting by H. Jackson Brown, Jr. I admire Mr. Brown as he gave the type written pages to his son, Adam when he moved off to college, which has now become a book.
In his introduction he states "You may not agree with all the entries, and from your own life experience, I'm sure you could add hundreds more. Obviously, some are more important than others, but all have added a degree of joy, meaning and efficiency to my life."
The three instructions I will share today are:
19.Buy great books even if you never read them.
20. Be forgiving of yourself and others.
21. Wear polished shoes.
The kitty justice is Mr. Brown gave his son and us good instructions.
BTW If you have a child heading out into the world buy him or her the book.
PS I do not know Mr. Brown nor am I getting anything for this suggestion.
I just think these are good rules to pass along to our youth.
