The Cedar Wax Wings and Robins did not get all the Holly berries. Prince got a new saw and he trimmed the Holly trees (four of them) and we have lots of branches to haul off today.
A couple of my Santas that I used to decorate with this year. How is that for the moon and star?
This is a wooden Santa and most all my Santa were given to me by Aunt Karen. Each year they go out and we think of her. The Snowman was given to me by my big Sis last year , the little cups came out of my stocking one year and the box was given to me by my good friend Kay.
The Kitty Justice is that I have lot of items to decorate with but the wonderful thoughts I have of those who gave them to me is the best.
Second Kitty Justice is maybe we will have lots of little Holly trees spring up from the branches we put in certain areas.

Nice that you put out gifts from others and remember them....I often do that with recipes if I ever cook:)

I thought you only collected recipes. LOL It is a good way to keep those we cherish near during the Christmas Season. Peace

Nice to be able to set out items given to you by friends and family. Around here, since we have the daughter's cat living with us, hard to keep him from knocking things over and off places. So I haven't set items out for the last couple of years. Might again when he moves. LOL Thanks for your visits, don't know why I can't seem to get around to my favorite blogs anymore. Cold here today, guess it's true what they say, the older you get the harder it is to stay warm.

Items received from good friends and family are even more precious than items purchased by us.

I like the top picture with the holy berries on the green branches. It's like a good painting.

I get good thoughts when I see those items sitting around. Sam Cat does not bother anything except the items I put in front of the living room fireplace. Each year it is a game, he takes something and I go get it back. This year so far he has not bother even those items. Getting old I guess. I think winter came without a true fall so it seems colder than it really happens to be. Peace
