Prince parked his truck down by the Dutch barn yesterday evening and when he went outside to put the trash in the can, he looked and he had a hitch hiker. He ran inside and got his camera and started taking photos.
He got even closer than this, but eventually had to put down the camera to shoo off the hiker. We thought it was novel until he looked at the truck and on the tail gate were nasty presents. After we dumped the photos on the computer and   everyone had  viewed a slide show, Prince went back outside and they were back. This time the male was up at the cab pecking his truck. and trying to stay upright on the side rail. Prince ran them off again and  brought the truck up to the garage and cleaned it off and said "Good thing it is not a new truck."
The Kitty Justice is we may be eating turkey later. YOU NEVER EVER MESS WITH A MAN'S TRUCK.

Prince thanks you as he took the photos. He just started walking toward the truck and kept snapping. Your last statement is so true. Peace

No, I did not even take the photos and they just showed up and the worse on his truck. If they have done that before we did not see them nor did they leave any evidence. After he saw the claw marks he was not happy. I almost expected him to go for his gun. The only really good part of a wild turkey is the breast as the other is too stringy. Peace
Funny that they liked the truck...hope they move on down the road.

I think they heard it was Turkey season and were trying to hitch hike to a place they were not in season. Peace

ןT'S LIKE WITH UNEXPECTED VISITORS - ANNOYING.
HOWEVER, I MUST ADMIT I HAVE A 'SOFT SPOT' FOR TURKEYS AS I'M VERY FOND OF THEIR MEAT.

It is annoying yes to see a big bird on a nice vehicle as their claws make marks in the paint, their peaking beaks chip the paint and their poop if left on the vehicle takes the paint off. Wild turkey taste entirely different from the tame variety. Peace
