As the sun was rising Friday morning, June 29th, I grabbed my camera and headed out on the porch to capture the beauty of the morning. I carried the camera out front as the clouds were gorgeous. As you can see Maggie was returning from the bottom of the drive to bring the paper to her Mimi to read.
The kitty justice at that time of day it was really pleasant and I had no idea we would break the 1952 record as our temperature rose to 109 degrees.
BTW ; It was 107 on Thursday and we have been warned it will reach 104 today and it might go even higher. The KITTY JUSTICE IS THAT IS TOO DAMN HOT!!!!!!!!

I will pack my bag and be out there as soon as I can. I will not need a room as I plan to stay outside and enjoy that wonderful rainy weather. Peace

It got to 107 on Saturday and today Sunday it will reach 104 or more. Not TN weather in the least. We have this nasty ole High sitting over us and rain is going on around the high and we get the sorry heat. Tomorrow we should drop back into double digits. Yeah. Peace
