Just a Week

The photo above was last weekend and the bottom one was taken yesterday of the same tree. I took the bottom one later in the afternoon, thus the long shadows. Look how the top leaves have fallen as we had some pretty hefty wind gust of late.

Since this glorious tree is in our neighbors yard, I walked over and looked up as the sun danced on the leaves.
When the weather starts changing, this kitty gets colder quicker as my body thermometer has not gotten regulated yet.
The Kitty Justice is too bring out the socks and put the flip flops away.

Don't you just love Fall? The tree is beautiful and the colors of Fall are my favorite.

How amazing in just a week! Nature is wonderful and so inspiring.

I watched the first episode of a new David Attenborough documentary last night - "Kingdom of Plants". It's amazing...awesome. I hope you get it up your way...it really is worth watching; as are all of Attenborough's docos.

Cheers from Aussie-land. :)

You are spot on about Nature. I will see if there is any on the Internet as I do not think we get it on the tube. Peace
Such beautiful warnings to have those socks ready...

It is like the vibrant colors are Nature's way of saying "Goodbye until next year". BTW all the leaves are gone from that tree today. Peace

Gorgeous pictures of autumn leaves!

When it starts getting cold, socks are the first thing one needs to have at hand.

The big maple is always one of the prettiest trees on the hill. Socks are a must because if you can keep the feet warm it makes you warm all over. Peace
I love the changing of the leaves like the changing of the guard. Gorgeous colors.

Cheri, my daughter, is usually the one that cleans the barn although I am sure her husband and son help at times. I think she wants it done a certain way and that is her way. Perfection ya know. LOL MB

How beautiful the colors are!
I am always so excited to see autumn colors (even though we have to drive 400 miles to see them.)
Your photographs are splendid.
Hugs,
Jackie
