New and Old

My new "Welcome" sign is located at the curve of the drive or as we like to call it the turn around. The Chinese solar lanterns I acquired last year. They are a bit weathered but still give out a glow at night.
This was my old "Welcome" sign hanging around the dogs neck. I put him on the rock where I have my blue fescue planted. Puppy had bought too much garlic so I stuck the bulbs in the ground and will have fresh garlic along with thyme.
The Kitty Justice is I will use both so you are " twice as much " welcomed to my world.

I like both welcome signs. I would love to visit and believe me that if I ever get to your neck of the woods I will do just that.---I hope you still have the welcome sign out. MB

I love your new welcome sign.
As I have stated, before, you live in a beautiful area. Many hugs to you as the weekend approaches.

I've got four of those very same lanterns...well, not those exact ones...similar ones!

One can never have enough time, or garlic, parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme!

Oh how I wish I could just stick a bulb in the ground and it grow but doesn't happen in this desert..

come any time and you and yours would be more than welcome. Peace

Thanks and it is a little bit of paradise on the hill. Far enough to have privacy but close enough to the city to get there quickly. Same to you. Peace

How funny that we are so much alike. Are your lanterns red? I would love a Herb garden and have been toying with ideas for a few years. Now I just scatter them throughout my flower beds and and pot a few for the top porch. Peace

You may not be able to grow bulbs but your area has its beauty with different plants. Peace
