Double Wedding Ring Quilt

My Mother, Vinia Kirby did the quilt top before Puppy was born and she gave it to me to finish.  After Puppy was two years old I got all the material and set the quilt up downstairs and later I brought it to the library as the light was better. My MIL and I would stop and quilt a ring and then go about our way. My intentions was for Mother's quilt top to be done by me and Puppy's Mimi. Alas, my back problems and Mimi's health made it unable for us to finish. We had done 3 full rows and a half, so I put it away until I could either finish it or find someone.
My SIL from Ms. to the rescue. In her water exercise class she came in contact with a lady, Mae Ray, who had a church quilting group. The Parkway Pentecostal Church ladies (Maxine Toten, Marie McCory, Janet Yuma and Mae Ray) finished the quilt for me. I plan to put a label with every one's name on the backside of the quilt in order for Puppy to have the history.
The Kitty Justice is it took a LONG time in completing the quilt but it was so worth it.
