Sunrise on Sunday April 12th. It has now rained for four days. Yesterday the fog was so dense, we could not see any horizon. The trees near the house were mere ghost to witness the beginning of the day.
Prince and I went to the NRA convention which was in town this past weekend. There were 75,002 and we were the two. Downtown has changed dramatically from how it looked when we both worked downtown. Lower Broadway was a buzz with two legged animals. Neither of us had been inside the new Music City Center and we were excited to get a good view inside and out. There is a parking garage in the middle and we turned into the drive through to park and the car in front of us was the last one in. So we drove around the block again and decided we just park in a hotel lot nearby even though it was costly but it was close and we were in walking distance. A free shuttle , huge buses, ran free from the Titans Stadium but we thought it best to be in control.
Kitty Justice now knows how a sardine feels. The outer perimeter was a stop and go and stop and go. If there was food samples being served just forget moving until everyone in front of you had finished tasting the treat before you could move again. NO we did not do any tasting. Finally into the center of the convention it was crowded but not half as bad as the perimeter. You could actually BREATH in the middle and get to stop and check out any gun or item you wish to give a closer look.
Afterwards, we stopped and picked up those beauties in the second photo. I have already found them their place of residence for the coming months.
The Kitty Justice that since there are so many yelling for Gun Control it was nice to be among those individuals like me who believe in the Constitution and the Second Amendment.

I believe any family could have a gun but not a weapon of mass destructiom like
Tommy guns etc. I always had a 22 rifle and a small hand gun.
My Daughter spent the night and Dear God after 3 weeks she coughs like she has consumption. I got outside today 53 and weeded around the bird bath, little by little. Yvonne

Glad you felt well enough to weed just a little. Sorry to hear that your daughter is sick. Wishing her well. Glad to hear you believe in the 2nd Amendment. Read a story yesterday that the government is buying up ammo since they cannot pass gun controls. Our tax dollars at work. I feel that is another waste of our tax dollars along with the other programs that can fall into that same waste. Peace

If you are like ole Kitty there is much to do than be on the computer. It is rainy Sunday so I can play here for awhile. Peace
