Second Sunday in March

We ran around last night before we went to bed and set the clocks so we would lose an hour. Dogs and Cats do not go by clocks like people do, so dark thirty this morning Maggie wanted to go for her morning break and have her breakfast. For once Lilly was not up in my face trying to lick me awake. A cat's tongue is NOT soft so it is a sandpaper awakening. However, as Maggie ran around the yard, up in the top of one of the giant Walnut trees between the houses a real owl was signing his song for me. I may be an odd Kat but I love to hear them Hoot. It had rained during the night and there was fog in the valley and clouds in the sky. No clouds in the photo below because it was not taken today.

This is Mr. Bandit, my son's cat. He and I got to be really good friends for the two weeks Puppy and his friend Ian were doing a big loop out west. Ah, to be so young and care free. Bandit is a large boy but very loving. I would pick him up and we would go cuddle on the couch as we discussed  where Puppy had seen the day before and where he spent the night. I do thing he understood what I was saying. Puppy also has a walk on cat that he has been feeding and the only time Bandit tried to nip me was when I was heading outside to feed Cinnamon. I do believe he is a jealous boy.
Be sure to go to U Tube and search for Ian Cresswell's video of the trip and I will try to put up a link when he puts it out for the pubic.
The KITTY JUSTICE IS BY THE TIME I GET USE TO THE CLOCKS BEING CHANGED, WE WILL HAVE TO CHANGE THEM BACK.
WHY OH WHY CAN THEY NOT LEAVE THEM ONE WAY OR THE OTHER WAY. ANOTHER REASON TO HATE THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY AND THE GOVERNMENT IN GENERAL . AND PEOPLE CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHY TRUMP IS SO POPULAR, DUH

So glad we do not have to do that here is Arizona.
My dog sniffs my ear to wake me.
I remember my Artist friend Florence Kushner in Hendersonville, NC.
She had a walnut tree and we shelled the green stuff off the nuts
and our hands were BLACk. How many types of walnuts are there.
Once in a while I see Black walnuts in the stores.
Have a great weekend, and I did set my clocks back this morning.

You live in a very smart State. Too bad others do not follow your example. Peace

What a sweet way to be awaken. If we do pick up any walnuts, we take them to be shelled or we take the cars and run over them. We usually just leave them for the wildlife. I have no idea how many different walnuts there happen to be. Peace

Fortunately, here in Queensland we don't have daylight saving. Other states do. I don't like it and hope we never have it. We did have a practice run in the late 80s but that didn't last past the one season, thank goodness.

Remy my male cat is my alarm clock; but I've just about got him trained not to be...after 13 years!

People don't like hearing the truth...and that's why they are up in arms about Trump. It's time that political-correctness was dumped...Trump dumped it. To paraphrase Jack Nicholson's comments in "A Few Good Men" - some people can't handle the truth...and those who can't are usually the Lefties!

I'm not a fan of the Daily Savings Light , but I do get used to this yearly 'headache'.
I entered YOUTUBE to look for the video of IAN Cresswell, but his recent video is from july 2015. Perhaps it's not the same Ian Cresswell that went with your son on a trip.
Looks like a nice Kitty. Is he waiting for his master to be home? I like to hear the Owls hooting. The Mourning Doves here sound like owls. I love it when the fog hangs in the valley and makes it look like the ocean.

I watched Ian's video. Very good.
Say how are you doing? Ok out this way. The weather has been nice not so wet although that is what is in the forecast for the entire week. It gets pretty squishy here. We got our greenhouse filled with seed starts. I will be re-potting today. Always nice and warm in there. the tulips are starting to pop in the Valley so new Pictures soon. Yippee!
