The Lake was Great

Just a few of the photos I took last week when we went and stayed at the lake for almost a week. We had to keep moving because it was sooooo hot but it sure was pretty. The corp have not finished working on the dam therefore the water is more than ten feet below normal pool. Of course it give you a chance to see where the best fishing spots happen to be. Both Prince and I grew up spending our summers on this lake and it is a great pleasure to return. No we did not know each other at the time.
It took us three years to get back up there but the Kitty Justice is it seems like you never left when you cruise along the water.

What a beautiful area...and it even has the Phantom's cave!! (The Phantom...the Ghost Who Walks)! :)

A lovely place to relax and soak up the ambience.

In summer, especially in torrid August, people seek refuge near a body of water which gives them a feeling of coolness. In your case, it was a nostalgic vacation as you and your Prince went back to a familiar lake you had enjoyed several times in the past.

Beautiful pictures of a beautiful lake and sky!

To all of you
I left a comment for each yesterday BUT they have disappeared. In a nutshell I said
Thanks and Peace also yes it is a cave but I would never go into a cave. Do not like closed in places especially if they are in a CAVE. We had a grand time and made more memories in a place that is SPECIAL TO US. BTW We got married at the cabin by an old classmate who is now a Baptist preacher. Only our parents, the maid of honor and best man along with the maid of honors boyfriend who operated the camera for historical purpose.
Dust Bunny,
So glad to see you and do hope you start blogging again. Let us know if and when.

I sure hope the Internet Ghost does not gobble these comments up as was done yesterday.
