82. Steer clear of restaurants with strolling musicians.

A new kitchen floor is being laid this week. I wanted a nice transgression from the tile in the hallway to the kitchen, plus I have blue walls with a wooden bead board and chair rail and stainless steel appliances. They are suppose to finish up today. Yeah! This is Dura tile and after it is finished I will post a photo.
In this photo you can get a better idea of the look from hallway to kitchen. I still have the sample square in my car and will return it when I finish paying for the floor. The first kitchen floor lasted about 24 years, the second floor lasted 22 years and now we hope the 3rd floor since it is tile will last even longer.
The kitty justice was the kitchen floor was already scheduled before Mimi had her episode. She has PT three times a week for six weeks, so it is like grand central station on the hill.

Congrats on the new kitchen floor, Di... I'm sure you will enjoy it.

Hope Mimi is still doing well. I know that her care is taking up alot of your time.

I life those lines from Life's Little Instruction Book.

Hugs,
Betsy

Thanks. We sure needed a new floor for about five years. Where it was seamed together, the old rug was getting quite a pot hole. Mimi seems to be getting a little stronger every day. Each baby step she takes we celebrate. Peace
