The first three photo were sent to me by our neighbor, Brenda. She feeds the little bluebirds meal worms. We do not feed them but almost every afternoon, if I put out fresh water, they come over for a bath.
The last photo is of Mt. Olivet which is where most of our ancestors are buried. I put this photo own the blog to go with what happen Sunday.
As Prince and I rushed to Church last Sunday, we saw near Warner Park a BMW had gone off the road going into town. Prince said he had seen lots of cars at the same spot as a result of ice on the road or them going to fast. We went own to Church and Father Tim Jones, had a sermon on "listening to God".
Prince and I visited with some of the members and then we headed home as Mimi would probably be ready for breakfast.
On the way home, I saw a blue light ahead and mentioned to Prince "they got them one" thinking it was a speeder. Getting closer we saw it was Channel 4 News van that the policeman was behind and up ahead the train which runs along the highway had stopped. Then the next thing we saw were 3 police cars with blue lights. Looking over at the tracks, I saw something I never wish to see again, a body bag. It was right across the road from the BMW. Prince said he thought it had something to do with the car and probably the train had hit someone.
As the week went on we found out that not the train we had seen but one that had come before it had hit the man. Later his name was given along with his age. He was only 40. Then his obituary was in the paper and he had a wife and children. My heart went out to them.
We can all try to figure out what happen but only he and God know for sure.
At 59 that was the very first body bag I had ever seen. The kitty justice is that may this be the last.

Lovely Pics of the little Birds.
So sorry you had to come across that accident and see the Body bag.Not a nice sight to see... A young man gone in the prime of his life....
I will pass the bird comment along to Brenda.
It was sad to see and follow the story. May Peace be with him.
Thanks for stopping by.
Those little blue birds are beautiful.....wished they would visit Arizona and I would but those worms for them.
you are probably correct about the situations.
We have lots of those little Blue Birds. In the summer, after Prince's mows the back yard, they cover the ground looking for food. Peace
Congratulations on the awards. You are very deserving. You always have something of interest to say here.
I have seen a body bag and it's not pleasant. I'm sorry you had to see that. We have a train track here where dozens of people have been killed because they tend to walk on the tracks and not pay attention, or they have music blaring in their ears and they can't hear the trains coming. Very sad. May he rest in peace and may God give his family comfort.
On a happier note, I love the photos of the bluebirds. They are one of my favorite birds. We don't see them here very much, so now I just HAVE to come to see you. LOL
Have a wonderful weekend, my friend.
Blessings,
Mary
