Welcome to KJ. Ah, I wish I was 20 again but alas that is my son and nephew in the pictures. My son takes after the men on my side of the family HAIRY HAIRY HAIRY. In high school he had more hair than the coaches so he was dubbed the Caveman. I am sorry I do not know who Lance is but will check it out.
