Pick a Peck of Peppers



Puppy found a few peppers on the vines this week. I used two last night to make some HOT sausage balls. He has been making Jalapeno Poppers and instead of wheat flour he uses brown rice flower so I can enjoy the fruit of his labors. When he makes the Poppers he makes enough to share with his buddies. 
The Kitty Justice is your eyes will burn when he is in the kitchen cooking the peppers. Please bring a Kleenex.

I love hot peppers, but they hurt my tummy. Sometimes, I bear the pain, though, 'cause I love'em so much.

I use latex gloves some times 2 pair at a time. I finally got Puppy to use gloves after he helped last year and then much later that night he tried to remove his contacts. The heat lingers so this year he is wearing gloves. LOL Peace

In my youth I could down them without even giving it a thought. Now days I must remember to take an anti acid. Must have burn up the lining of my stomach in the 70's. Peace
