who do you miss

This was the last photo taken of my Pa with his great granddaughter and his wife, Bassie(Yes that was her name, I did not misspell it) in 1973. 
When it gets near the holidays, I miss him more than others. He was my first love and I followed him around when I was little like an adoring puppy. He had a twinkle in his eye and plenty of stories to entertain. He would play with his Grand babies like he was one of us and not a stern grown up. Oh what a blessing it was growing up with this loving, fun man as my Pa.
