2016 Good Bye Bye Bye Bye

The Pope and Puppy when she was here this year. We had a wonderful visit with her and her Mother but as usual the day went too fast.

Yesterday Puppy and Prince helped me pack the decorations away and take down the tree. I try to always set out the tatting Christmas tree that my good ole friend, JOT grandmother,Katheen Reese made. Kathleen died in 2003 just a few weeks before she would have turned 102.The tree is another of my treasures. 

Maggie could not wait to unload her stocking. She got a giant hedgehog and a three foot fox. It is funny because the fox appears in different rooms everyday. Cricket's back and head were visible and she was wondering where her toys were. Her Mom came in and gave her a little bear and she was happy. Then she got a little star wars creature from Maggie. 

We had clouds for a few days and then the sun appeared. Today is Friday the 30th and we awoke to below freezing temperatures but lots of sun and a sky so clear you wonder where the clouds have gone. 
The Kitty Justice is that it appears to be warmer than it is as you look out at the golden sunshine but step out side and the tears will be blown from your eyes.
