The day we had a widdle bit of rain and the wind did blow. During a brief respite from the rain, I braved the outside world and took these photos from east to west.
The road in the middle is a street in one of the many subdivisions which have sprung up since Prince and I were married. The street is much wider than the main road, Poplar Creek.
More sky when the leaves leave their summer nest and fall to earth to make a winter blanket.
Oh I forgot, no winter blanket here, since Prince has the goat.
The kitty justice is why do we think we need to move all the leaves? God's plan was better and a whole lot less work.

I agree, let the leaves lay and rot making mulch and good stuff for the lawn in the Spring. About chocolate, I'm better off not to even try it, because it is hard to stop. Love my Mother's home made peanut butter fudge, even though there is no chocolate involved.

Amen to our agreement on leaves. Yum
Chocolate. A wonderful treasure for all of us. Peace
I generally let the leaves fall where they may. In the front of the house and to the right are several huge Sycamore trees with enormous leaves, I let them mulch my woodland garden (as I call it) maybe rake in the Spring. MB
